One division was formed under the name of the CPP Technical Partner (TP) Team with the aim of providing innovation in cultivation technology and controlling the implementation of SOPs properly. These are scattered throughout Indonesia to assist technical cultivation starting from evaluating previous conditions, redesigning the layout, making a production plan, to monitoring water quality and monitoring the disease.
The CPP Technical Partner (TP) Team or what is known as the Mentoring Team, has the specific objective of overseeing cultivation from control of preparation, stocking, feed management to monitoring of water quality and monitoring of disease. Monitoring data, team work, and especially cultivation techniques are used as the basis for providing the best for the farmers.
Regularly Monitoring Shrimp Group, accuracy in managing partial harvest, control of shrimp health will give good results with the best size and the best FCR. Wisely in determining density, wise in partial, and good culture management will produce the best shrimp.
