REGULATION OF CORPORATE SECRETARY
Pursuant to Regulation OJK No.35/POJK.04/2014 dated December 8, 2014 concerning The Corporate Secretary of Listed Companies; the duties of a Corporate Secretary are as follows
- To follow the development of Capital Market issues, specifically Capital Market regulations;
- To provide services to the public regarding information required by investors relating to the condition of the Company;
- To provide input to the Directors of the Company to comply with Law No.8 of 1995 on Capital Markets and its implementing regulations;
- To act as liaison or contact person between the Company, OJK and the public.
Throughout 2014, the Corporate Secretary conducted activites in line with capital market regulation.
CORPORATE SECRETARY
The Corporate Secretary reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for disseminating information about the Company, including material information and corporate actions to shareholders, regulators, media and other stakeholders. In addition to its role as a point of public information provider, the Corporate Secretary is also responsible for providing relevant capital market regulations based on operational and development needs of the Company to the Board of Directors.
Starting October 1 2024, the Company appointed Dominica Kirana Haning as interim Corporate Secretary. She is an Indonesian citizen with a bachelor's degree and earned a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2010 from Padjadjaran University, majoring in Law. Before joining CP Prima, she had pursued a career in various companies, including legal consultants Hiswara, Bunjamin & Tanjung and PT AIA Financial.

ANTI CORRUPTION AND ANTI FRAUD POLICY
The Company formulated the policy against corruption and fraud in the Code of Ethics. The commitment against corruption and fraud is included in working contract with each employee as well as work agreements with vendors and suppliers. Every employee of the Company are prohibited from receiving gratification in any form. Employees who conduct violation against the policy will receive written and verbal warning. The Company reserves the rights to pursue legal steps depending on the scale of the case. Fraud can be categorized into dishonesty, embezzlement, forgery of legal documents, misuse of Company assets, theft, diversion of Company cash flow, asset and securities for personal profit, forgery of the Company’s financial note and report.
